Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders placed on www.intex.in. In some cases, shipping and handling charges may apply based on packaging, size, volume, or type. These charges are shown at checkout.

• Products are shipped within 7-10 working days, unless delays occur due to festivals or special events.
• Each order can be shipped to only one address.
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
• Items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability or size.
• A tax-paid invoice is included with every order and sent to your email.
• Shipping confirmation with tracking ID is provided after dispatch.

Return & Replacement Policy

We ensure that all Intex products are brand new and genuine. Quality checks are performed before dispatch. Customers are advised to record a video while unboxing.

• If packaging is tampered with, please mention it on the POD (Proof of Delivery).

Service Support

• On-site service: Raise an installation request via customer support or at Installation Booking. Do not open the product before engineer’s visit.
• Off-site service: For damages or defects, share the unboxing video to info@intex.in. Our team will respond within 48–72 working hours.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel orders before dispatch by referencing the order number and emailing info@intex.in.

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–15 business days depending on the bank.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Product Pricing

• All prices are in INR and subject to change without notice.
• Errors in pricing due to data entry may result in order cancellation and full refund.
• International transactions may incur bank charges and exchange rate differences, which are outside our control.
• Displayed prices are per unit and inclusive of applicable GST.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. All efforts will be made to settle disputes amicably before taking legal steps.
