What can I do if the payment has been deducted from my account, but I have not received any order details?
In most cases, this happens if your order details have not been captured in our system. We will refund your money in 7-10 working days through a cheque.
What are the different payment options available?
The Intex website allows you to pay through any of the below ways:
i. All major credit and debit cards are accepted
ii. PayTM wallet
iv. Pay Later
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time, till it is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply login to your account on the website and from your order history, you can cancel the order.
Can I change my delivery address on my order?
Once the order is placed, you can change the delivery address only if it has not left our warehouse. If that is done, the address cannot be changed. You can change the delivery address by cancelling your previous order and then placing a new order.
Can I change the colour of the product?
Cancel your previous order and place a new order with your required product colour. If the product has been dispatched from the warehouse, then the colour cannot be replaced.
I have lost my invoice copy. Can I get it again?
Please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and the team will send you a fresh invoice.
By when can I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your product in 3-5 working days.
How can I track my order details?
Once your order is dispatched, you will get a WhatsApp and email from us with your tracking details. You can also check the tracking details in your account on the Intex website.
How can I register a complaint regarding a product?
